RV Sales Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Seguin RV. The Salesperson will be responsible for actively promoting and selling RVs to customers. They will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in their RV selection process, negotiate pricing, and handle all aspects of the sales transaction.

Details

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Commission-based (with a small salary option for the right candidate during the initial 90 days)

Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications

Passion for RVs and travel trailers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven sales experience

Knowledge of RVs and their features

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Highly motivated and target-driven

Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
