We shopped around several months for a Class C motorhome. We liked the Jayco Melbourne best, and not that many places sell them. After having an unpleasant experience at another RV dealership, we ordered a new 2017 Jayco Melbourne from Seguin RV. We were more than happy with the price, as well as with everyone we dealt with. Before we closed the deal, a very personable and knowledgeable "tech" named Ken gave us a thorough walk-thru and explained how everything worked. We were so impressed with Ken that we wanted to put in a good word for him with his manager. Then we found out that Ken is the OWNER of Seguin RV! Wow, did we feel special! After the sale, we brought the RV back to have an additional TV and 2 DVD players installed, as well as a couple minor adjustments made. The service tech Sean was super knowledgeable as well as fast! Both before and after the sale, everyone at Seguin RV was very friendly and made us feel welcomed, never rushed. We live near Bastrop, but the drive to Seguin RV was well worth it. We highly recommend them if you're in the market for a camper or RV. - Mary

I came to Seguin RV on Friday after Thanksgiving due to my slide outs not being operable on my Monaco Camelot. The service techs (3 to 4) worked on the unit for 4 hours diagnosing the problem and finding the problem and trying to repair the circuit board that controls all the slide outs on the unit. The board was not able to be repaired so a new one was ordered and shipped overnight and installed on Saturday. After installation all was good. When I got my bill I was only charged for 3 hours labor plus the part and shipping. The service staff were great, knowledgeable and friendly. If I am ever in the San Antonio, TX area and have a problem with my RV, I will definitely go to Seguin RV for service. Great people to deal with. I give them 5 Stars - Dan

Seguin RV service was fantastic,We were on our way out west and had a problem with our roof they got us in the next day.Had is repaired that day and back on the road the Nextel day.Other places I called said it would be 2 to 3 weeks to get us in Seguin RV put us in right away.Thank You very much for helping us out! - Carl
This RV dealership is a hidden GEM !! We needed some things repaired and caulked and they took us in immediately. We dropped out TT off at noon and they called by 3:00 and had repaired EVERYTHING on our list. Ken and Michelle were courteous and professional. We have heard some horror stories about getting parts, waiting for days, but not here. In and out in three hours. Thank you Ken for replacing our radio, it's now working great and we're able to watch movies again. All your guys did an awesome job. I would highly recommend to anyone near San Antonio, TX to stop in if you need repairs. Thanks again, you made our travels a whole lot nicer ! - Steve

Just brought home our new (to us) Travel Trailer. We had explained to our wonderful Sales Manager, Sam, exactly what we were looking to buy. A few days later, he called to say he had it! We came, we saw, we bought...that easy!! Sam went above and beyond to thoroughly understand our needs, our budget, and our experience level. He under-promised, and over-delivered in every aspect. What a pro. Ken, the owner, was involved as well to make it effortless to complete our sale, and helped us stock up on accessories to make our new toy even more comfortable and easy to maintain.
